Explanation of terms used in the table above:

Class: This is the class number used to refer to this class session

Type: Distance Learning means it is a internet-based distance-learning class, done through skype and facebook. Workshop means it is an instructional workshop with a physical location. Intensive means a practice intensive - lots of practice of techniques you've previously learned in a workshop or distance learning. Retreat means a residential retreat in a resort location - either a workshop or an intensive.

Level:

• Level Two is intermediate and some advanced practices with both chi (prana) and kundalini, including ways to further refine, balance, and amplify the energy you run, and also ways to share that energy through healing, massage, and also dual cultivation, including sexual cultivation, and group meditations. In KAP 2 you will go deeper and deeper in to your training and practices of energy work, chi kung, Healing, Kundalini Meditation & Tantra. You integrate what you have learned in Kap 1 in to Kap 2. You will become more skilled at moving and circulating chi with ease as you practice more. If you haven’t taken KAP 2 yet, you will want to register now as soon as possible so you can reserve your place in the course.
• The separate Psychic Self Defense (PSD) course is also offered after Level One. In PSD you will become more and more confident in your ability to use subtle energy. You will learn to defend and protect your self and you environment, family and also your personal objects from subtle negative intent and harm or negativity. You will also become stronger in your ability to heal with energy. You will also become stronger in your ability to manipulate subtle energy as you practice the PSD course. You will learn very ancient secret methods from Shamanism, Silat, Ninpo, Tantra and Internal Martial Arts. You will want to register soon!
• Level Three is advanced practices of internal alchemy, tantra, and shamanism, and healing, with specific applications for awareness, chi (qi or prana), and kundalini shakti.
